In order to process your purchase online, you will be required to put a 5% credit card deposit. The balance can be paid in store at time of pick-up or installation. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Yes, you can order as few or as many tires as you wish.

This is not necessary; however, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.

No, you do not need to register as a user in order to place an order on our website.

Occasionally Fastech may be temporarily out of stock on a certain tire. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss.

Yes, we require an email address in order to send you a confirmation of your order.

The prices listed on our website are for one tire or "unit." This price does not include installation charges.

Once we receive the tires, we can schedule you in for installation at your convenience.

You may contact us to cancel your order as long as the tires have not been installed.

Tires cannot be returned once they have been mounted. Most brands have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and can be switched for a new set.

Your tires will be available within 12 to 48 hours from time of order.

We can not request specific DOT codes when we order tires. Our direct relationship with the brands we sell will ensure that you receive the most current tires in production.

It will take less than a few minutes to receive your confirmation email.

We instruct our suppliers to only supply us with tires that have current DOT dates. If you receive a tire with a DOT date of more than 4-years from the date of purchase, you may return it and we will pay the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee. For any tires with a DOT date less than 4-years from date of purchase, you may return it, but you must pay the return shipping costs and restocking fee. Any tire that has been mounted is NOT eligible to be returned.

Yes we offer monthly financing through Synchrony Car Care. Simple financing for your online purchases in just a few clicks:

1. Click the “APPLY FOR FINANCING” tab located at the top of the page.
2. Enter a few basic pieces of information to identify yourself.
3. They will let you know if you are approved for a loan in real time.
4. Review your payment plan details and click confirm to finalize the loan.
5. Once you’re approved, your purchase can be made with the new card information. As always call if you need help.

Your warranty is provided by the manufacturer however we can facilitate all warrant-able situations for you.

You can pick up the tires at any time after they arrive at our shop.
